L'asta di Arte Moderna e Contemporanea che si terrà a Napoli il 26 Maggio 2010, propone la vendita di oltre 400 lotti selezionati tra importanti collezioni italiane ed internazionali.

Il 26 maggio 2010 alle 18.30 avrà inizio la sessione unica dell'asta di arte moderna e contemporanea della Blindarte. Tra le opere che verranno poste in vendita va notato uno splendido dipinto degli anni 50 di Jean Dufy, dal titolo Big Ben - Lodon, che ritrae l'incantevole landscape della Londra di quegli anni vista dal Tamigi, l'opera è proposta alla vendita con una stima di euro 35.000/45.000; un olio di Alberto Savinio che ritrae uno dei suoi soggetti preferiti, un mostro marino, proposto alla vendita con una stima di euro 32.000/36.000; un disegno di Amedeo Modigliani del 1915, ritratto dell'amico Diego Rivera, grande artista messicano, con una stima di euro 90.000/110.000; un significativo olio su tavola di Pippo Oriani del 1935 con una stima di euro 6.000/8.000, e tra le chicca un disegno di Umberto Boccioni del 1912-15 raffigurante un ritratto di un volto femminile, stima di quest'opera 16.000/22.000 euro.

Altre opere importanti proposte nella vendita del 26 maggio: una singolare, recente ed imponente installazione di Dennis Oppenheim, realizzata per il Museo del Riso di Palermo, e lì esposta e visitabile fino alla data dell'asta, la stima dell'opera è di 90.000/120.000 euro; un importante olio Double Bathrobe di Jim Dine, raffigurante uno dei soggetti a lui più cari l'accappatoio, riprodotto due volte in un dittico di olii su tela, l'opera è proposta alla vendita con una stima di 65.000/85.000 euro; un raro olio su tela di Valerio Adami del 1966, dal titolo Piccolo interno su un orizzonte, stimato euro 32.000/36.000; un grande lavoro su tela di 200x200 cm di Mario Schifano, dal titolo Segno d'energia, l'opera in cui viene riprodotta l'insegna della Esso, è proposta alla vendita con una stima di euro 30.000/40.000; una bellissima carta dai colori vivacissimi di Francesco Clemente (dalla Serie Canossa) è proposta alla vendita con una stima di euro 26.000/32.000.

Tra gli oltre 400 lotti proposti all'incanto si segnalano interessanti opere dei maggiori artisti italiani ed internazionali, tra questi: Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Joseph Beuys, Ray Johnson, Raymond Hains, Henry Michaux, Giuseppe Penone, Victor Vasarely, Alighiero Boetti, Mimmo Rotella, Sam Francis, Sandro Chia, Carla Accardi, Getulio Alviani, James Brown, Giuseppe Capogrossi, Aldo Mondino, Wim Delvoye, Dan Graham, Hermann Nitsch, Norman Bluhm, Agostino Bonalumi, Antonio Corpora, e molti altri.
Inoltre verrà posto in vendita un consistente numero di lotti provenienti da una nota collezione di Poesia Visiva, con opere storiche e significative dei fondatori del movimento: Eugenio Miccini, Lucia Marcucci, Luciano Ori, Sarenco, Lamberto Pignotti, Roberto Malquori ed altri.

The auction of Modern and Contemporary Art, which will be held in Naples on 26 May 2010, proposes the sale of more than 400 lots selected among important Italian and international collections.

On 26 May 2010, at 6,30 pm, the single auction session of modern and contemporary art of Blindarte will start. Among the works which will be put up for sale, it is worth mentioning a wonderful painting dating back to the Fifties by Jean Dufy, titled Big Ben – London, portraying the enchanting landscape of London at that time from the Thames. The work is put up for sale at the estimated value of 35.000/45.000 Euro; an oil painting by Alberto Savinio which portrays one of his favourite subjects, a sea monster, put up for sale at the estimated value of 32.000/36.000 Euro; a drawing by Amedeo Modigliani dated 1915, portrait of his friend Diego Rivera, great Mexican artist, at the estimated value of 90.000/110.000 Euro; a remarkable oil on board by Pippo Oriani dated 1935 having an estimated value of 6.000/8.000 Euro; and, among the rarities, a drawing by Umberto Boccioni dated 1912-15 portraying a female face, estimated value of the work is 16.000/22.000 Euro.
More important works which will be auctioned on 26 May: a recent peculiar and imposing installation by Dennis Oppenheim, created for the Riso Museum of Palermo where it is displayed and can be visited until the day of the auction, estimated value of the work is 90.000/120.000 Euro; an important oil painting Double Bathrobe by Jim Dine, portraying one of his favourite subjects, the bathrobe, reproduced twice in a diptych of oils on canvas, the work is put up for sale at the estimated value of 65.000/85.000 Euro; a rare oil on canvas by Valerio Adami, dated 1966, called Piccolo Interno su un orizzonte, estimated value 32.000/36.000 Euro; a large work on canvas, size 200x200 cm, by Mario Schifano, called Segno d'energia, reproducing the sign of Esso, is put up for sale at the estimated value of 30.000/40.000 Euro; a wonderful paper with very bright colours by Francesco Clemente (from Canossa Series) is put up for sale at the estimated value of 26.000/32.000 Euro.
